Established in 1525, Chateau Zinkovy sits majestically alongside Swan Lake in Bohemia. With its fairy-tale Baroque architecture reflected in the tranquil waters, the Chateau Zinkovy is a magical place that holds an incredible history. The Chateau's colourful past includes its 17th century connections to alchemy and the famous Voynich Manuscript and later, its renown as a luxurious respite to Baron Skoda in the early 20th century. It was also the setting where American troops created and implemented the plan to save the rare and noble Lipizzaner Stallions in 1945.
